Mitchel London Foods at 36th St., and Ninth Avenue.
This location (36th St) is housed in a former Burger King--when Mitchel London had to move in order to renovate their 40th st location--so the decor here is kinda spartan. There is plenty of seating, though.

Mitchel London Foods at Fairway Market, 74th St, Broadway (2nd Fl).
I don't have the menu for Fairway Cafe, but the food is similar. The only aspect I do not like about Fairway Cafe is the two-tiered service. You have a choice of a sitdown table service with comfortable chairs, and someone to clean (bus) your table, or standup counter service located along the back/side wall where you must clean your own tray--and they enforce the table/counter service rules rigidly, and rather anally, even when the cafe is totally empty. Various cold salads and take-home foods can be purchased downstairs at the Fairway market.

Mitchel London Foods at 22A 65th Street (bet Madison and 5th Avenue).
Small coffee shop, with a few snacks available. Located in a relatively quiet nook of the Upper East Side with some outdoor seating available.
